Does The Vagina Loose, Due To Sex ?

Please share

A vagina can accommodate a baby, a sex toy, a penis and, in some cases, a cucumber. What is remarkable is that it returns to its previous form. As you get older and older, it loses this elasticity, the ability to bounce back as is with everything in our body.

But is the vagina really elastic?

They say that sex can expand the vagina? Is it true?

One myth that is common in this part of the world is that you can say that the body of a woman has of how the vagina is tight or loose. It’s wrong. As we said earlier, the vagina is elastic like a rubber band.

Many people use the myth of a loose vagina to shame the women for their sexual life. This is wrong and is far from the truth. Let us clear one thing, sex does not stretch the vagina permanently.

During intercourse, if a woman is sufficiently aroused, the muscles around the vagina relax, it becomes lubricated and even longer.

If this does not occur, sex becomes uncomfortable and most women experience discomfort during penetration.

What about delivery?

After a vaginal birth, people notice that the loose vagina before feeling. This is normal, it could regain its original shape in a few days. The release is primarily the muscles around the vagina that become lax, especially after several births.

Another thing that can affect how your vagina may be elastic is age

When you get older, your vagina may feel different. Indeed, your estrogen levels drop. This could make the vagina less elastic, drier, thinner. Some women say they do not feel interested in sex.

What can I do about it?

1. Kegel Exercises

This exercise targets the pelvic muscles that support the vagina, but first, what are the pelvic muscles? To find them, try stopping urine while you urinate. When you do, do it;

  1. Contract your pelvic floor muscles. Hold the contraction for five seconds, relax for 5 more seconds.
  2. Repeat this step at least 5 times

When you strengthen the force, increase the time to 10 seconds. Try not to tighten your thighs, abs and buttocks. Concentrate only on your pelvic floor.

For best results, practice Kegels 3 sets of 5 to 10 times per day. You should see results within weeks.

What have we learned?

Sex does not stretch the vagina permanently childbirth could do. Age also has an effect on the vagina.
