Do some episodes of Jenifa Series, Skinny Girl in Transit. The plan is for you to get lost in the antics of your favorite actors. So wear your comfiest clothes, get a bowl of popcorn, snuggle with your tab, laptop or phone and get ready to laugh away your sorrows.
2. Get A New Hobby
Getting a new hobby doesn’t entail baking or knitting, those are old people hobbies.
Try something like mixed martial arts, learn a new language, take a dancing class, try taking a cooking class or join the gym. Nothing empties your mind and numbs your heart like the exhilaration you get from learning something new.
The above will help you channel your energy. If you don’t like the above, learn an instrument. Whatever makes you expressive? Do it.
3. Hit The Clubs
Remember the saying “out with the old, in with new”? Well out with the slimy old boyfriend and in with the new hot boy that is a friend. Don’t jump into a new relationship, you don’t need a rebound. Go out with your friends, have some drinks, dance a lot and make new friends.
Never go to the club alone as that is a recipe for disaster.
Dance like you have no care in the world because you really don’t have a care. Drink but don’t get sloppy drunk.
4. Listen to New Music
If you and your ex loved the same type of music or the same artists, it is advisable to branch out of your comfort zone.
Listen to a new genre of music or music in a new language.

5. Take Baths
